Shipping & Returns

We aim to dispatch your purchased items as soon as possible and certainly within 5 working days. Delivery can take up to 14 days for international orders. It may not be possible to deliver to some locations.

Delivery will be by recorded for delivery in the UK and recorded delivery for international customers. Delivery will be charged and will be clearly stated at the checkout.

All items are subject to availability. We aim to have all items displayed on the web site in stock however if they are discovered to be out of stock we will contact you at the email address you provided when placing your order to inform you as to when we will receive the item or to give you the option to cancel the order. Should delivery time be delayed we do not accept liability of any consequential loss.

Goods delivered overseas may be subject to import duties and taxes. Such taxes will be payable when the goods reach their destination. The liability for payment of such customs duties rests solely with the customer.

From the moment a carrier attempts to deliver the goods they are the Customer’s full responsibility and the Customer has to accept the goods when they are ready to be delivered.

Returns of individual items from those bought as a discounted pack will not be refunded pro-rata but will be refunded with the remaining 2 items having been charged at full price, unless the goods are faulty. All returns follow our usual returns guidelines.

Return/Exchange policy

Unsuitable items may be refunded or exchanged within 7 days of receipt.

The product you return must be in the original packaging and be in an unused condition.

If there is an indication that the item was used we will not accept it. If we believe the item has been used we will return it to the purchaser.

If you wish to receive a refund we will re-credit the original purchaser's credit card for the sum paid less any taxes and duties and less the postal costs.

We are not responsible for goods lost in transit.
