Your access to this website is subject to the following terms and conditions. By using this website you agree to these terms. We may change these terms and conditions at any time, and by continuing to use the website, you agree to these changes.
Payment can be made securely online by Visa, Master Card or Switch debit cards.
We do not store any credit card details or other sensitive information. All transactions are processed by Protx, who use bank-approved software and the highest level of encryption to ensure that your credit card details are kept secure at all times. The Protx certificate may be viewed by clicking on the padlock at the bottom of the payment pages.
Protx have been audited and approved by APACS, Visa and MasterCard. Protx are an accredited provider of major UK banks and all their systems use high levels of encryption to transfer sensitive information. They have private lines into the banks to ensure all information is completely secure. Their secure servers are hosted with Globix to provide maximum physical security and uptime. In fact, no one can access the rooms where the servers are located without fingerprint ID.
We do not pass out any of your personal information to third parties (see the privacy page for more information).
All prices shown within our site are in UK sterling and are inclusive of VAT, where applicable.
An acknowledgement of your order will be sent by e-mail. We aim to dispatch all orders within three working days subject to availability of items, credit clearance and address verification.
Returns of individual items from those bought as a discounted pack will not be refunded pro-rata but will be refunded with the remaining 2 items having been charged at full price, unless the goods are faulty. All returns follow our usual returns guidelines.
Cancellation by us
There is no Contract between you and us unless until we accept your order. We may accept or reject your order in our absolute discretion and for any reason including that: Product Information We reserve the right to make price adjustments if it is discovered that the price is incorrect or to protect us from price rises for reasons such currency fluctuations. We make every effort to ensure colours appear as realistic as possible. However we cannot guarantee exact colour depiction. Please be aware that the actual colour you see on the screen may differ to those of your ordered products. Retention of Title The customer agrees that title shall transfer to the customer only when the goods have been paid for in full. We shall be entitled to require the customer to deliver up the goods until such time that all due payments have been made in full. The customer shall store the goods free of charge and in a manner to ensure the goods are safe from theft and damage. Circumstances beyond our Control We reserve the right to cancel, vary or suspend the operation of contracts of sales if events occur which are beyond our control including (and without prejudice to the generality of the foregoing) fire, floods, storm, plant breakdown, lock-outs, riots, industrial action which prevents entry to premises, hostilities, non-availability of materials or supplies or any event outside of our control of and we shall not be held liable for any breach of contract resulting from such an event. Governing Law These terms and conditions are governed by English law, you agree to submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts in relation to any disputes arising under or in connection with these terms and conditions or the contract between us.
